Know Before You Go

Event Policies

Please read our event policies which include a Code of Conduct and an Attendee Liability and Waiver of Claims.

Registration

You must check in at Registration before attending the program. You will receive an email with a barcode for use at express check-in counters. Please be prepared to show one form of government-issued photo identification.

Dress Code

The dress code for the entire conference is “business casual.” A jacket or sweater is recommended, as temperatures may vary in the conference rooms.

Volunteering at the Conference

If you are interested in volunteering to help with various Payroll Congress activities, please contact Marisa Huerta. Some of the activities include helping at the registration counters, holding doors before general sessions, and other events. Please send her an email and once the list of activities is finalized, she will contact you with times and days of activities.

Workshop Selections

You will receive an email with instructions on how to make your workshop selections. As you select your workshops, be sure to select all the lunches and events that you will be attending to ensure you are properly accommodated. Please print a copy of your selections to bring with you to Payroll Congress; printers will not be available on site.

Workshop Handouts

You will receive an email with a link to preview all handouts prior to attending Payroll Congress. If you wish, you can print or download handouts for your workshops to take with you to the conference. Printers will not be provided on site to print handouts.

Evaluations

An email will be sent a week after the event and will allow you to provide feedback concerning the overall event. Please complete all evaluations.
