Drink Tickets – $10,000
Every attendee will want these! Have your logo branded on 300 beverage tickets that you can hand out from your booth to use at the Expo Cocktail Receptions on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Private Expo Meeting Room – $10,000
13×20 room with a door, furnished meeting table, and six chairs. An additional set-up is available upon request and not included in cost. Room locations will be towards the back of the Expo.

Private Room Expo Demo Session – $6,000
This 20×30 hard-wall room, located on the Expo floor, is available for exclusive use and is equipped with 25 chairs and electrical service. You may schedule a demonstration session lasting up to 45 minutes. Schedule selection days and times to come. (Expo days only)

Open Theater Expo Demo Session – $6,000
Located on the Expo floor where you can showcase your product or service an open-theater setting. Your demo session can be up to 45 minutes. Schedule selection days and times to come. (Expo days only)

Conference Bag Insert – $5,000 (1 of 4 available)
Maximize your on-site exposure and get your message into attendees’ hands by providing a single page, promotional flyer/postcard or small item that will be placed inside every conference bag that attendees receive at Check-In.

• Pre-printed materials requirements: 8.5" x 11" maximum size
• Have printed materials/item delivered to PAYO headquarters by March 21, 2026
