Virtual Congress & Expo
Earn up to 9.0 RCHs, 0.9 CEUs, and 6.0 CPE credits
Attendees will receive an email with their Certificate of Completion, which will include the total RCHs earned after Payroll Congress. CPPs and FPCs need only to retain the Certificate of Completion for attending Payroll Congress. Your Payroll Congress RCHs will auto-populate your online recertification log 6-8 weeks after the event. The number of RCHs earned will depend on the final workshops selected. Attendees can change their workshop selections up to 30 days after the event. If none are selected, 0 will appear on the Thank You Letter.
Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) seeking Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits need to attend the entire session. A six-digit code will be given at each workshop. Three digits will be given midway through the presentation and another three digits will be given near the end of the presentation. Write down these codes, as you will need them to acquire your CPEs. The combined six-digits will unlock the CPE evaluation for that workshop on the daily workshop evaluation site. CPE certificates will be emailed 6-8 weeks after the event.
I am an FPC/CPP, why doesn’t my badge have the designation after my name?
If your certification expired at the end of 2026, you must submit the recertification log and pay any late fees or reinstatement fees to maintain certification status. If you have recently submitted your log for recertification, please allow 8-10 weeks for processing. If you have questions, email [email protected].
What if I am unable to pick up my giveaway gift at the time it is being given away?
We cannot mail giveaways to participants after Payroll Congress. All are available on a first-come, first-served basis until quantities run out.
May I go to workshops other than those I selected before coming to Payroll Congress?
We encourage you to attend the workshops you selected. Rooms are set for the number of people who have registered for each workshop. However, you are free to attend any workshop you wish. For accurate RCH tracking you need to go back and select the workshops you attended if they changed from your original selection.
